Wild Target: It's Happening!
On Tuesday we had confirmation from Rupert's representatives that Wild Target was tentatively slotted for a nationwide UK April 9th release and today, word has finally come to us from distributors that it is definitely happening - you can pen it in the diary folks! For the time being, Cherrybomb is also aiming for April 9th, but the date has yet to be set in stone. We'll confirm this release date as soon as is possible.
Potentially releasing two films on the one day - what are they trying to do to us?! Moreso, which one will you be seeing first?

Deathly Hallows: Part 1 Confirmed for a 3D Release
Warner Brothers has announced this week that Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 is one of the many films they will release this year in 3D!
After a successful run in IMAX with select scenes in 3D, Deathly Hallows: Part 1 will be played in cinemas nationwide in both 3D and the customary 2D. Viewers can choose which showing they'd prefer!
At the moment, the press release only mentions Part 1, but it's likely Deathly Hallows: Part 2 will also receive the same 3D treatment. Sound off on your 2D vs 3D opinions in our forums!

HarryPotterforver.fr has translated a selection of the interview for English-speaking fans' viewing pleasure!
In the translation, Rupert commented on the physicality filming required and complimented Dan on his attitude during filming:
"We shot a lot of physical scenes. For Daniel, filming was very complicated. But he never complained ... When he became sick because of filming conditions, he was ok and he never complained ..."

Introducing: The Rupert Grint Chronology!
It's never been done before - which either means a) we're crazy (likely) or b) have hit upon a pretty sweet idea.
Today, RupertGrint.net is very, very proud to announce the first two years of our new site section: The Rupert Grint Chronology.
What is it exactly? Well...
Wikipedia defines a chronology as "a chronicle or arrangement of events in their order of occurrence in time, such as a timeline." So, what we're doing, is taking every notable film role announcement, tv/radio interview, press article, photoshoot, premiere...basically EVERYTHING with Rupert involved, sticking it in the order of when it happened and putting it under a nice neat roof for you to look through.
Still not sure? Check it out.
Currently, as you can see, it's a work in progress. We hope to release a new year each month - but we need your help. Do you see something we've missed? Got a magazine scan, news article or other tip which you can contribute? Get in touch!
In the meantime, we hope you enjoy checking out the first two installments!

Cherrybomb on Cable in North Africa
For those in the area; we're very jealous! Hopefully this signifies a positive chance that Cherrybomb is, slowly but surely, gaining wider channels of distribution globally.
Many thanks again to Sofia for the head's up!
