Editorial: June 2010
Come together, Rupert Grint fans! We’ve got a lot to celebrate in the month of June!
June brought us the end of filming for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. It’s a bittersweet moment for the cast and crew but also for the fans, who have attached themselves to the Harry Potter series with unfailing loyalty in many cases. Though some may not gave the films their credit, Ron Weasley is the character that brought Rupert Grint to the screen and that he’s most famous for portraying. We all owe a lot to the Harry Potter series for that!
Take a moment to think back to when the films started. What were your opinions on the series and on Rupert? How have they changed? I’d say it’s been an epic journey for all of us!
In a way, we celebrated the end with the opening of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, which will be a mecca for fans for years to come! Have you read Stephanie’s report on the park yet?!
Of course, also on that list is the UK release of Wild Target! So many fans who have waited in anticipation have been able to see the hyped-up film and give their feedback to the rest of the world (who are still waiting in anticipation!)
Here’s hoping that July will be just as eventful!
Best,
Kait and the Rupertised Staff
xoxo
