Cherrybomb to be Distributed by Universal Pictures UK
After months and months of petitioning and fan projects, your hard work is paying off!
We are excited to confirm for everyone that Universal Pictures will be distributing Cherrybomb in the United Kingdom later this year. A solid release date is currently still being determined, but it's definitely happening!
Universal Pictures UK is responsible for the release of films such as Hot Fuzz, It's Complicated, and the upcoming thriller The Wolfman. Stay tuned....

Well I wouldn't call it "nagging"! LOL but Steph did an awesome job!
We were told to wait for news from the distributor itself and BAM! She got us news from the distributor!
Also, we're taking (non-monetary) bets on when the film will be released in the UK as part of our party in the forums!

Ahhhh! We've been waiting for official information on Cherrybomb's distribution for so long and it's such a thrill to see it'll finally be coming out in the UK!
Hopefully this means we'll be seeing more distribution in other countries very soon so other fans can see Rupert in this new role!

Unfortunately this will probably never be released n my area theatre or other wise,just want it to come out on dvd
Sofiskita: At the moment, it's only the UK although we've heard rumors that Universal may also be responsible for distributing the film in Australia. We'll keep everyone posted when we learn of any new developments!

A question: are Universal pictures UK going to distribute CherryBomb to anothers countries?? I'm from Spain and I love Rupert *u* this would be a pity if universal pictures don't bring this film to anothers countries ^^'

Bruna: Unfortunately there is no news yet on a distribution deal for Brazil, we'll keep our ears to the ground and let you know if/when there is though!
