Two Ruperts Talking About The Chess Game
Thank you The Leaky, for the link to this new clip from the Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone Ultimate Edition DVD.
I called it Sorcerer's Stone... I never call it Sorcerer's Stone... but it's the US edition, so I panicked...
Anyway, it's just a snip of one of the features... but it's little!Rupert and big!Rupert talking about Ron's big moment on the chess board, and it is the Essence of Ron and I think it deserves its own post.

Actually, I think that is the date for the ultimate editions AND the Half Blood Prince DVD, Dec. 7. Because In the US, Dec. 8 is the date for the Half Blood Prince DVD and ultimate editions as well.
@Flora: I agree! I'm trying to avoid as many of these clips as possible. I also prefer calling the first film Philosopher's Stone since that's the way it was meant to be! And I feel for the Brit fans who aren't able to get the Ultimate Editions yet :(
@BloodyHell: Dec 7 is only for Half-Blood Prince in the Uk. Warners has not yet revealed a date in the UK for the Ultimate Editions of movies 1 and 2
I completely agree, Flora, I am not British myself but I call it Philosopher's Stone because that's the original-- and better-- name for it. And the UK release date is Dec. 7 I believe. :-)

It's so depressing that all these clips from the Ultimate Editions are being released. I've deliberately not watched any so I can bask in the joy of watching everything together on the DVDs when they come out, but there STILL isn't a UK release date for them! Come on, Warner Bros, what about the English fans? I refuse to order the US version where they call it Sorcerer's Stone - eurk! It's just wrong!

when is rupert going to be on the radio? you mentioned a while back and said it wont be for a couple weeks

No, there's no UK release date for the Ultimate Editions yet - believe me, I check Amazon.co.uk, HMV and Play.com every day, but still nothing! Oh, well, I'll just have to placate myself with repeated watchings of HBP when it comes up, with all the Rupert bits on slo-mo... Is it just me who does that?!
