Opal, has updated their site to include clearer promo shots from
Half-Blood Prince featured on their packaging!

There is also a packaging with Ron & Harry, however it is the same image used above. Other characters include Tonks, Dumbledore, Malfoy, and more! Thanks to Rhonda for the tip!

HP Film News: Exhibits and Release Dates!
Warner Brothers Consumer Products, in partnership with Becker Group, has today announced plans for "Harry Potter: The Exhibition." According to the press release sent out:
"[It is a] state-of-the-art exhibition highlighting artifacts from the Warner Bros. films based on J.K. Rowling’s beloved book series. The 10,000 square foot experience will premiere in Spring 2009 at in a soon-to-be announced major market and will appear in ten 10 or more cities thereafter around the world throughout a five-year span."
Authentic costumes, props, and artifacts will be on display from all the Potter films. The offical site, which will be updated over the next few months with more information can be found here: HarryPotterExhibition.com.
ComingSoon.net has also revealed the release date for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 to be November 19, 2010, and TLC has been able to confirm it!

Play Quidditch With Ron! (Well, Sort Of!)

this new image , from the HBP range of merchandise, showing a statued Ron in his quidditch robes!
The statue was unveiled by fine toy and figure maker Gentle Giant at this weekend's New York Comic-Con. Also on show was a Harry Potter Quidditch Box Set.
One thing is now for sure, we can't wait to see Rupert on screen in his Gryffindor quidditch outfit!

Regarding Recent Tabloid Headlines
We have been asked to release the following statement on behalf of Rupert:
In response to articles published this week, Rupert Grint wishes it to be known that he has never met Lindsay Lohan or Paris Hilton and has not nor would he, make any negative comment about them, as has been stated. He has also never made any negative comment about Los Angeles. He will be taking action against those parties spreading these falsehoods."
RupertGrint.net wishes to remind fans to take any rumours or stories published by tabloid sources with a (rather large) grain of salt - however convincing they may seem!

Tabloid Tales, Part #82382
Regarding the latest headlines in the tabloids which many of you have been asking about...
We have been able to confirm that these articles (the original source being The Sun - shocker!) are not at all true.
Hope that answers everybody's questions, and also serves as a reminder that you can't always believe everything you read!
PS: Unfortunately, we cannot prevent these articles from showing up in our Rupert Wire, but know that they are, in fact, false.

We're very excited to finally be able to launch our newest subsite,

This section is still very much in its early stages as we hope to add many more new and shiney graphics in the weeks to come!
