Cherrybomb Tickets On Sale and February's FOTM!

Tickets for the February 15th showing of Cherrybomb are to go on sale online today at 10am (Central European Time)!

Tickets for the world premiere of the movie also seemingly go on sale today, and will be available daily 10am until 6pm, from the festival's central box offices at these locations:

– Arkaden am Potsdamer Platz,
– Kino International, Karl-Marx-Allee 33/ corner of Schillingstrasse, 10178 Berlin-Mitte
– Haus der Berliner Festspiele, Schaperstraße 24, 10719 Berlin

However if you're planning on attending the premiere but are not in Berlin at the moment, you can purchase a ticket at any box office connected to the Eventim network...I'm off to get ours now!

Please Note: Tickets at Eventim offices are available only 3/4 days before the film's screening.

See Cherrybomb and More with Season Pass

If you weren't the lucky winner of our tickets to see Cherrybomb at JDIFF, here's your second chance!

The Irish Film Board is now holding a contest in which two winners will receive a VIP Season Pass (valued at €230) to the Dublin International Film Festival! This will grant you access to Cherrybomb and every other film in the festival!

All you have to do is e-mail Suzanne Murray at the Irish Film Board with the title of your favorite Irish film! As with our previous contest, you must be at least 18 and be able to make your own travel arrangements.

Entries must be sent in by 5pm GMT on Monday, February 2nd. Get those entries in soon!

Rupert Grint Network reaches 100 members!

We're very pleased to announce that Rupert Grint Network, our site's highly popular social network, has officially broken the 100 member mark! Wow!

Originally launched on December 30, 2008 by the lovely webmistress Claire, RGN [squared] (as it was affectionately named by Stephanie), has become the ultimate social center for Rupert Grint fans. Since it's beginning, the site has been abuzz with Rupert Grint discussion of all kinds.

Cherrybomb: No Trailer Until After Berlinale

Though some online sources claimed that the trailer would be here in early January, Generator Entertainment has today confirmed to RGN that the trailer for Rupert's new film will not be available until after the film's premiere at Berlinale.

So, if you've been sitting (like us) with your page on constant refresh for TLFC's website, you can stop...at least for now!

Win Tickets to Cherrybomb Screening!

We told you yesterday that Cherrybomb will be screened at the Jameson Dublin International Film Festival. Well, here's your chance to win two tickets to the screening (and yes, there's a good chance that Rupert will be there)!

All you have to do is email us with your name and age to be entered in our prize draw!

Regrettably, all entrants must either be planning to attend the premiere or be Irish residents and, due to the content of the film, we are unable to issue tickets to anyone below the age of 18.

Cherrybomb at the Dublin International Film Festival!

Cherrybomb is continuing its rounds on the festival circuit with a showing at the Jameson Dublin International Film Festival in Ireland!

Cherrybomb will be screened on February 20 at 18:00 (6:00pm) at Cineworld!

You can find all the details including a description of the film on the JDIFF Cherrybomb page! The page also states that the cast members will be in attendance!

Tickets are currently available on the JDIFF website for €10 each! If you're planning to attend this event, don't hesitate to let us know!

Berlin Festival: Cherrybomb Screening to have Q&A

If you are planning on attending the Berlin Film Festival in a few weeks time, we now have some more information regarding the screenings for Cherrybomb (but mainly the premiere).

As mentioned, the premiere screening of Cherrybomb will take place on Sunday, February 8th (location & times here). We have been told the cast and crew will be attending this screening, and a Question and Answer session will follow.

Yes, this includes Rupert!

Tickets might be on sale as early as this week- more information to come as we get it. And remember, if you're thinking on attending, send us an e-mail!
