Open Again! (UPDATED!)

After almost a month offline, we're very happy to reveal to you all the new look RupertGrint.net.

Our super-awesome new layout comes courtesy of my wonderful friend Sam - if you'd like to send her your thoughts on this or request a design for your site, you can email us at the usual address (she accepts payment of free houses in the Caribbean, diamonds, expensive couture and dates with Justin Timberlake - a small price to pay, really). Also, we would not be back open at all if it were not for the efforts of Ben, Josh and Dafyd, who saved me from many-a-night of tearing my hair out - thank you guys!

As always, please bear with us whilst we fix the few existing bugs with the layout, we hope for the site to be running as per usual by the end of the week.

Lastly, two things. Kait has recorded a great new Mini RupertCast News to get you all caught up again with everything Rupert-related whilst we've been gone.

Secondly, we have been made aware by Rupert's agent that, although he is considering some very "interesting ideas" at the moment with regards to new projects, nothing is concrete by any means. We will have more news on this for you as it develops.

So, back to business as usual... ;)

I love the different pictures each time you refresh yet I don't like how the comment or new section is layout. It is almost like going backwards but if it help avoid hackers coming to the site I am all for it. Glad to see it is together at least.

This is absolutely beautiful . . its clean, contemporary, with a little bit of fun grunge thrown in. Its a wonderful mixture! Kudos to your web design and graphic artists :) I love this website, and continued to be impressed by you all. I was afraid you wouldnt make it back, but this was worth the wait. Gorgeous design.

Oh wow! My page must not have loaded all the way. Now I see the little boxes around the comments. Love that.

Now I feel like you should have a difference between each update. It all blends together. Bigger font doesn't change much.

Amazing layout. Amazing, amazing, amazing. My only gripe is that the comment box is off in firefox, and what's with that quote? Sometimes you feel bad for him? Even if he said it (Did he?) it still looks on there on the website for people who don't understand the context.

And you can't really tell where one persons comment starts and the other ends.

I think the new layout looks awesome. Nice job. However, I've got a few comments about the COMMENTS page. Others have already pointed out the tiny text box (I swear my thumb is wider!). Plus, I think it'd be easier to ready the comments if they were separated by a line or colors or something. Otherwise, the website looks really, really good.

OMG i love the new site soo much! Thank you to the staff for the new look, Im just really glad that its back up, I was freaking out without my RG.net updates! Oh!
